Certified Breath Coach Eliza Rose Kane will teach you a breathing technique that is used to destress the nervous system, soothe the mind and drop you into deep relaxation and rejuvenation. You will be guided to identify and move through areas you may feel stuck or blocked in--physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. With the help of this breathing pattern, stress and anxiety are eased away, allowing for clarity and receptivity to your own internal guidance system. The 1-hr class will be held once a month on Tuesday from 7:00-8:00 pm in person at NAAD CENTER.
