Sekhem is the modern day version of an ancient system of wisdom taught in the temples of early Egyptian times that was channeled by Australian native Helen Belôt, Sekhem Master Teacher. In Ancient Egyptian times, the word Sekhem referred to a higher state of consciousness equivalent to the all-knowingness of the first three days of the Afterlife, which Tibetans call the “Bardo” and the ancient Egyptians called the “Sekhem.”
After being introduced to energy healing in the 1980’s, Helen Belôt (who has memories of herself as a High Priest in the very early temples) reintroduced Sekhem to the modern world in the 1990’s in an updated system that suits today’s current conditions, thus completing a task she was incarnated to do in this lifetime.
Different from Reiki and Seichim, Sekhem is a channelled energy that heals on all levels and can be best described as ultimate healing. Sekhem has surfaced now to assist humanity to change its vibrational frequency quickly and easily so that both Humanity and the Earth may ascend to their higher purposes.
The knowledge and practice of Sekhem is taught in four levels: One, Two, Advanced and Master. The courses are designed to provide individuals with an insight into how to access and use Sekhem energy for the purposes of self healing, healing of others, personal transformation and personal development. Successful participants in the Master classes will hopefully conduct their own Sekhem courses and provide the unique experience of Sekhem to many others.
Sekhem is an ongoing energy system that changes and develops as individuals and the mass consciousness can support those changes. It has the highest vibration of the healing systems.
Sekhem works on a totally different concept and philosophy to other energy healing systems and although there are some similar sounding systems, none can compare with this high vibrational energy that works at the very soul level. It assists you to take responsibility for your life, to heal, to grow both personally and spiritually and so you become more of who you really are.
Sekhem Energy Healing Level I will be taught by Sekhem Master Teacher Surj Bahra, who was trained directly by Helen Belot.
Level I Course Description:
One-on-one initiation ceremony (30 mins) conducted by your Sekhem Master Teacher Surj Bahra to connect and empower the initiate into the vibration and frequency of Sekhem (conducted on Day 1 morning or the evening before).
The underlying philosophy of Sekhem under the lineage of Helen Belot.
An introduction to the basics of energy work including: creating sacred space, protection, grounding, cleansing, understanding the importance of ritual; appreciating the importance of words and other communication.
Learn the procedure for a hands-on session and practice receiving and giving such a session.
A strong understanding of, and confidence in, using the basic healing techniques.
Practical techniques on how to use Sekhem energy in your everyday life for your own empowerment on your spiritual journey.
Discussion on the Language of the Body booklet (provided at the beginning of the workshop).
A course manual will be provided to support what is taught in the course. Unlimited access to Surj will be provided for queries and advice.
Other Considerations:
Our energy frequency can be influenced by various factors, including our thoughts, emotions, medicines, vaccines, environmental toxins and other externalities. When we are overwhelmed, it can lead to stress and trauma, affecting our energy and frequency.
To maintain our optimal frequency, we require a Clearing session before initiation, which can be done remotely with Surj via Zoom or by phone. This session helps you become the clearest and purest channel for receiving energy at the highest possible vibration. Once you register for the course, you will receive a booking link to schedule your Energy Clearing session. If you have any questions about this, Surj is happy to discuss in advance of the course. The charge for the Initiate Clearing is $150 and must take place prior to April 23, 2024.
In addition to the Energy Clearing, all individuals taking Sekhem Level 1 must be initiated in person to the Sekhem energy by Surj. Initiations are included in the course fee and will take place in the evening on April 19, 20, 21 or on April 23 during the day.
Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be sitting on the floor with cushions and yoga mats. If you wish to bring along anything that makes you more comfortable, please feel free to do so.
